Artak Kamalyan appointed chief adviser to PM Nikol Pashinyan

Artak Kamalyan has been appointed as the chief adviser to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. This is stated in a decree issued by the head of government. The relevant decision is posted in  https://e-gov.am/decrees/item/27214/ website.

Recall that after the 2018 revolution, Artak Kamalyan removed from  Russia to Armenia. In September of that year, he was appointed as the  Deputy Minister of Economy of Armenia, where he was responsible for  overseeing the agricultural sector. In February 2020, Kamalyan moved  to the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), where he assumed the role  of Minister of Industry and Agro-Industrial Complex.
